"Havia deixado uma solicitação, não foi atendida. Na chegada, poucas informações, se quer um cadastro dos hóspedes foi feito. O estacionamento não é bem sinalizado. A banheira não estava limpa. Mas, o pior foi a experiência com o café da manhã, onde faltavam mais de 1h30 para terminar e já estavam faltando diversos itens, sendo que vários hóspedes chegaram após e constatarmos a falta de reposição. "

Instalações coletivas poderiam estar mais bem conservadas, aparentavam desgaste e falta de manutenção, a piscina coberta estava com água turva, aparentando estar suja, área de jogos com mesas de sinuca desgastadas e rasgadas. O restante muito bom, a área verde do hotel é muito bonita e tem várias atividades diferentes. "
