Slopes in hallways were not accented enough, caught us off-guard a few times. Heat pump remotes were too complicated, hard to get room temperature figured out."

"We booked Lhotel Quebec on a whim when our travel plans didn't work out. I was traveling with my two girls (7 and 5). We wanted something close to the airport with a great pool. We definitely got that and so much more. The staff were great, the rooms were clean and modern and comfortable. The pool was a ton of fun. "Our stay was really nice, the staff was friendly with great hospitality and customer service! The building is old but very well maintained, the swimming pool was clean and the staff were attentive. The restaurant downstairs offers excellent dining experience. Our outside view from the room was beautiful! We highly recommended! "

"I selected this hotel as a stopover between New Brunswick and Montreal due to its proximity to highways and the various shopping centers nearby. Nice, clean, and convenient hotel with quiet comfortable rooms and bed. Nice restaurant in the hotel. This hotel also has a nice pool that unfortunately closes too early (9pm). While I understand that there are rooms surrounding the pool, pool hours should be extended to 10pm; which would be a good compromise to everyone concerned. "
