un cauchemar
premièrement il est indiqué 4 chambre, mais la 4e chambre est dans le salon en bas, à côté de la table de billard avec des rideaux non opaques (impossible de s'y changer). La table de billard est tellement près des murs qu'il est impossible de jouer une réelle partie... aucun couvre-matelas sur les lits, matelas très inconfortables et seulement un drap plat qui se déplace. On est revenu avec des piqures de punaises de lit... la communication avec la gestionnaire de location est impeccable et nous avons eu un remboursement de la valeur des nuits, sans frais vrbo ni nettoyage, mais nous aurions aimé mieux ne pas souffrir des piqures, le trouble de tout nettoyer chez nos 3 familles, le manque de travail pour consulter en clinique médicale, etc. Mon fils a manqué 2 jours d'école, il a fait une forte réaction aux piqures de punaises. Nous avons appris que ce chalet a été traité en novembre dernier pour ce même problème, un enfer! L'eau du spa était jaune-verdâtre, l'accès au spa est rocambolesque avec les dalles de béton qui ballottent sous nos pieds... mon beau-père a fini sur le dos. Le chalet a beaucoup de potentiel, mais manque d'entretient et de confort au niveaux des chambres. Ne pas toucher aux stores... sinon ils vous tombent sur la tête! L'endroit est magnifique, la cuisine très bien installée et fonctionnelle.
