The second and third bedrooms are situated on the lower level, offer similar stunning lake and mountain views and open onto an adjacent outdoor balcony. The slightly smaller fourth bedroom resides on this level as well, along with the shared bathroom.
The shared bathroom and en suite feature rain-head showers, heated towel rails, hair dryers, premium toiletries, and underfloor heating. An extra guest toilet is conveniently located on the main living level.
Open Plan Lounge, Kitchen and Dining Room: The inviting lounge area features a roaring gas fireplace, setting the stage for a cosy après-ski ambience while watching the sunset over the mountains. During the summer months, this spacious open-plan area seamlessly extends to the main balcony, where floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors encircle the entire main living level, bathing the space in natural light.
The modern and stylish kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, Oven, Nespresso coffee machine and many other essential kitchen appliances. The kitchen area is vast and ideal for nights entertaining family and friends with the splendour of the Remarkables mountain range in plain sight. The outdoor spa pool is located on the lower balcony, with access available directly from the second and third bedrooms allowing you and your guests the opportunity to unwind in the most luxurious après-ski fashion available.
Additional Features: The Views includes a separate office space for those working on the road, as well as a dedicated laundry and ski storage room adjacent to the garage. The private two-car garage with internal access is available for guest use, although it's worth noting that the driveway's slope may pose a challenge for some vehicle types.
