The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were kind, helpful and accommodating. We were traveling with a service dog. The location is ideal to visit the town. Beautiful hotel! We will return!

The hotel was not prepared for so many visitors. There were not enough heaters, it was freezing cold, the water was not hot and the pressure was horrible. The lights kept on going out.

No cuenta con agua caliente cuando está nublado o hace frío. Nos aconsejaron dejar correr el agua, pero nunca calentó. Mucho ruido de huéspedes y música en la propiedad.

Pros: Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Cons: Lots of noise, the room has almost no sound proofing. The bathroom was quite dirty . We even found discarded fake eyelashes on the sink.

Todo muy bien, las señoritas de recepción muy amables. recomiendo pedirles a los de la cafetería de la plaza de abajo que cuiden el ruido de sus sillas y mesas por las mañanas. El café con pan en las mañanas alimenta el alma; solo recomiendo que pongan unas manzanas, peras y/o plátanos.
