Apart from the towel lady around the pool who charges you a deposit to rent the towels out, and if you don't gets really mad at you for bringing down the hotel ones the stay was very pleasant.

We’ve stayed at Ona Mar Menor hotel a couple of times previously. The hotel is really well run and has all the amenities you would expect. The staff are great and the pool is gorgeous.
We did have an issue with our room with an air conditioning system that really didn’t cool the room down, but when we raised our dissatisfaction we were offered another room without any fuss - great customer service!
The hotel is starting to feel a little tired and could do with some TLC, but otherwise a fantastic base for our short break.

"Sadly the pictures are very misleading. Pictures of the front of the property are CGI. It looks NOTHING like that! Apartment lacks basics. No pool towels, onlt white hotel towels.
