"The stay was average at best. The room was quite small, although it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The main issue was the handling of the late check-out. I had already paid for a late check-out, however when I went to leave at 12:30pm, I was told there would be an additional charge on top of what I had already paid. This was disappointing and felt unreasonable. Overall, while the basics were fine, the experience was let down by poor handling of what should have been a simple arrangement."

"In a good quiet location, nice grounds with plenty of free parking. The apartment was well equipped but it would have been nice to have two dinner plates the same size. The standard apartment we were in requires repainting. Staff friendly. We would stay here again but would probably upgrade to an executive apartment."

"Love staying here, close to everything, staff are great and nicely designed apartments. You have to be careful choosing a room though. The back of the building looks at a carpark so if you can avoid that brutalist view I'd do so."
