This nice 2 rooms apartment with sea preview is located on the third floor, bâtiment B, door 35 of the Residence « les Hauts de Port Maria », at 20 meters from the main beach and shops.

The apartment includes :
-Entry,
-Living room with TV and sofa bed for 2 persons,
-Equipped kitchen (micro wave, cooking plate with 2 electric fires, fridge),
-Bedroom with one bed of 140cm large for 2 persons,
-Bathroom with shower,
-Toilets separated.

The balcony exposed south with garden furnitures.
Parking N°B 3.5 on the ground floor of the residence. Animal allowed with extra charge (4€/days).

Electric and water usage in extra charge excepted from the 24th of May to 27th of September 2025.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 60€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.
