This pleasant 3 rooms apartment with big panoramic view to the sea for 4 persons of almost 60m², is located on the first floor of the residence “Les Courlis” on the Boulevard Chanard and only 500 meters from the town center.

It includes :
-Entry,
-Living room with sea view, TV,
-Equipped kitchen (fridge, multifunction oven, cooking plate, dishwasher),
-Bedroom with two beds of 90cm large,
-Bedroom with bed of 160cm large,
-Bathroom with washing machine,
-Toilets separated.

The large balcony with the sea view, garden furniture.
Parking n° 7 and n°9 on the residence. Beds with duvets.
Animals not allowed

Electric and water usage in extra charge excepted from the 24th of May to 27th of September 2025.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 100€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.

Appartement idéal pour une famille avec 2 jeunes enfants

Très bel appartement, bien équipé et offrant une vue magnifique sur la baie de Quiberon. Son léger retrait vis-à-vis du centre de Quiberon permet d'être au calme tout en n'étant qu'à 5 minutes à pied du centre et à 30 secondes de la plage !
