Ricardo was an excellent host throughout our stay at Designer Flats in Lapa. He was quick to respond to every message, accommodated our early check-in request without any issue, and gave us clear, detailed instructions for accessing the apartment. He was also flexible when we asked about leaving our luggage on our last day before our evening flight. The apartment itself was lovely and well located in a quiet, charming part of Lisbon. Communication was always prompt, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend staying here – thank you, Ricardo, for making our trip so smooth!

The property is beautiful in a good location. The only issue I had was the lighting in the bar / restaurant area. Was extremely bright and didn’t change in the evening. More subdued lighting in the evening would have made the area more inviting to stay and have a drink in. So bright it almost hurt your eyes.

Very well located, however be careful when opening the trunk of the taxi to get your luggage (sloped).. the elevator is slow, but very stable.. Breakfast next door is amazing.. wine bar is awesome !!

The property was lovely and the blue and white tiles were especially beautiful. We loved the rooftop bar and restaurant with its amazing view over Lisbon's red roofs! And we loved the neighborhood near Marquis de Pombal Square. The staff was very helpful and they offered refreshing water and sweet treats.😀😀

Lovely quirky minimalist hotel close to Alfama district and Praça do Comércio. Staff friendly, polite and helpful. Room with a fabulous view of the city. No balcony as we were on the top floor but not something we really missed. Breakfast was plentiful and there were choices to add to the buffet. Great experience we’d recommend it. The air conditioning was a god send as the temperatures didn’t fall below mid 30’s whilst we were there. The only thing to be aware of is that it’s on a hill whichever way you walk.

"It was a very bad experience. Room air conditioner was not working at all. We had to fly early in the morning but me, my wife and kids couldnt sleep at all. It was a terrible experience. The hotel room was old. The mattresses were very soft and old. I would not recommend staying at this hotel"
