"I stayed here for 11 nights in August 2025 with my family, and the experience was far below the “premium” standard advertised. The shower button was non functional and kept falling off. Lighting was so dim that evenings were uncomfortable, yet Homing refused to fix it, saying the owner “doesn’t want to”. At check-in, we received an inadequate number of towels for three guests over 11 nights, and only after repeated requests did they finally bring more, something that should have been done...

"This hotel was perfect!! The neighborhood is called Santos and it is great for a more quiet ambiance, however still close to everything you would want to do in Lisbon. The hotel itself was so charming and very well kept. The staff at the front desk were all incredibly helpful and always very sweet and welcoming ready to assist at all times. "Old style hotel with historic architecture, one block from the waterfront. Staff were all excellent and on point. The building is from a bygone era, so entries, stairwell, and lighting are not the most modern, particularly if you are expecting a Marriott or Hilton with a Starbucks in the lobby.
