After a very unsure booking process and rude interactions from office staff who seemd unprofessional. Finally after a few emails my booking was confirmed. It left me so distressed prior to my arrival.
Complex is amazing.
Beautiful snack bars and restaurants on site. Staff at restaurants were friendly and so helpful.
Old town quite far to walk in the heat but a short uber.
Pools excellent and kept very well. Pool zumba on a few times on days. Great fun.
We really enjoyed our stay but would prefer if it was closer to old town.
The complex itself is huge and a big walking distance.
Plenty to do and a very nice place with beautiful gardens. Rooms aren't great soundproofing though so we were kept up a lot until late on each of the nights. Strangley there are no staff walking about during the night to keep noise pollution down.
