Very nice hotel and staff. It was a bit hard to find so that’s why I rated it 4 instead of 5 stars. It’s on the 5th floor btw. Also the bathroom smelled like sewage a few times coming from the drain, but it cleared on its own. Great location also!

Room was clean but small by North American standards. Staff was helpful. Hotel was close to Plaza Major. However, it could be noisy sometimes in the evenings or wee mornings because of nearby restaurants and people in the street. This may bother light sleepers.

"Pets was nice, I like them, dog was nice, cat was coming my room on the morning, when I was leaving, it brings to mind my youth. I have pets myself earlier, not I am traveloing too much. Andrea was nice and helpful as like whole family. THANKS!!! Pool was under repair, no problems. Very good instruction ..."
