"Everything at the hotel was excellent: the cleanliness, facilities, staff, breakfast, spa, and fitness center. We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue was that the area around the swimming pool was extremely slippery. During my stay, I saw a child slip and fall twice. Fortunately, no serious injuries occurred. I hope the hotel takes the necessary safety measures to prevent future accidents."

"Overall, my stay at the hotel was very good and I was satisfied with the service. The staff was friendly and everything was well organized. However, there were a couple of issues that I would like to mention. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was very weak, which made it difficult to use the internet properly. Additionally, I was not allowed to use the refrigerator in the room, which was quite inconvenient and unexpected. Aside from these points, everything else was great. Thank you for your service."

"Lovely room overlooking the mountains. Very quiet. The air is so dry in the rooms that it wasn't very comfortable for sleeping in. They have a bar on the top floor, when we arrived we decided to go for a drink, it was empty apart and the music was so loud that we didn't bother staying. Thankfully there are better places around the complex. Nice pool area, but unclean. Great breakfast. "
