"Clean room Helpful staff Easy parking"

"Kiosk was broken. Lobby phone broken. No staff at the front desk had to call the hotel to get staff. Smelled of marijuana. No coffee pot in the room or at the hotel. Tv remote broken."

"It was good as far as cleaning and maintenance goes, but they can’t help the people who choose to stay there, and it was a decent experience overall, but it would have been better if the other tenants weren’t outside acting like they had no sense. Kinda uncomfortable being around them."

"This is one of our favorite places to stay in Lansing. The staff is always very kind and approachable and you can tell they work really hard to make it a great experience for their customers. Only downside is the charge for parking, since there is certainly no shortage in the area, because it isn't in a densely populated area and you can only get there by car. Just another way for the property owners to nickel and dime customers."

"Check-in was easy. Room, and basically the whole place was clean. For me, it was perfect for it's pricing. That said, I couldn't really leave 5 stars because my bathroom ceiling was in the process of falling down, the indoor area with the pool, seating, and hallways were very poorly lit. It's just an old and very dated motel in need of a makeover, and it's hard to give that 5 stars, despite none of those things bothering me personally. I would attempt to stay in this motel every year for Stoopfest because the location is great. Very affordable ride services to and from this motel as it's only 8 minutes away. It's also surrounded by businesses, so if you need pretty much anything, you can get it nearby. Oh, I will note that the place can be loud. The rooms are arranged around the indoor pool, so when the kids wake up and start playing, and when their parents start yelling at them, you will probably not be sleeping in."

"The employees are all very nice and helpful. However, there seemed to be only one person working in the complimentary breakfast. I went down twice both mornings of our stay to find that the hot eggs, meat, and /or sausage gravy and biscuits were not refilled."
