"The hotel location is good if your visiting Airbus. The hotel food/breakfast facilities are poor. If there is more than one person ordering food in the evening then it takes a age for your food to be ready. No fridge, water or wardrobe in your room. Only good for a couple of nights maximum. If your planning a longer stay look elsewhere. "

Hotel ticks all the boxes for us - free car park, free wifi with decent speed, clean, free simple breakfast with good variety, friendly and helpful staff. Only a few minutes easy walk to ferry terminal to go into Hamburg city - a good, cheap and convenient way of seeing the ports and harbour views. Love the little touches the hotel provided like free complimentary large sparkling bottle of mineral water and...

"Wenn man das Hotel betritt, wird man vom Personal leider nicht mal begrüßt. Ich arbeite selbst im Service und das ist ein no go für mich. Die Auswahl des Frühstücks ist für meinen Geschmack nicht besonders gut. Kein aufgeschnittenes Obst, Joghurt und Quark ohne Beschriftung, defekte filterkaffee Maschine war letztes Jahr auch schon. Ganz viel Luft nach oben. Alles Kleinigkeiten, die man leicht erledigen kann "

"Oberdeck is in a great location to explore Hamburg. It’s very close to transport, restaurants, and some great coffee. The apartment was compact but very clean and well equipped. The balcony is a great space. Our only issue was how hot it was upstairs in the bedroom even when it was cool downstairs and outside. A fan is supplied but it was still uncomfortable. The roof top deck is lovely. We would definitely stay again. "
