Hotel in a great location, literally by dam square. Hotel is cosy and linen/towels all clean. Breakfast given it was included was decent and set you up for the day.
Rooms are a bit dated but for the price and the location, it was great.

I was fortunate enough to spend my 60th birthday in Amsterdam.. the staff were sweet in helping me celebrate with a bottle of delicious kava and very nice birthday card.
The room was clean, breakfast amazing and so nice to taste what good coffee is like, coming from the US I have forgotten! Staff are friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be staying there again if we get back to Amsterdam.
Sad to leave!

I could not believe the access to my room. I had to go up a circular stair case, which was not very big, and somehow get my two cases up there. In all my travels I have NEVER had to do that.
