The first floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom suitable for disabled people, while two more bathrooms are located on the upper floor. The first floor is connected to the upper floor by an external staircase. On the fenced property the little ones can play. Next to the entrance door in the yard there is a door that leads directly to the beach.
