Tourist place small Palit (Holiday House) is in the heart of the Pearle paradise suns Island Rab.


To our guests we offer comfortable accommodation in two spacious apartments by the sea (200m) and the beach (500 m) of the tourist resort Mali Palit on the island of Rab.Apartments Perkic are in a family house surrounded by a large garden and well maintained garden with lots Green and flowers.We offer accommodation in two apartments, Apartment Marjeta and Apartment Tina, each with areas of 120 m2 and capacity of 6 + 3 beds. The total capacity of the house is 12+ 6 beds.The accommodation is suitable for a family holiday in Palit, holidays from a group of friends as well as for an active holiday on the island of Rab.

Apartments description:
Apartment ID1 - Marijeta on the entire ground floor. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery) washing machine, hall, dining room and 3 bedrooms, each room has its own bathroom and access to three large terraces.

Apartment ID2 - Tina is on the first floor of the house and consists of a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes, toasties and so on) a living room with dining area, hallway, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower and two long balconies along the entire apartment.
Both apartments have: air conditioning, heating, television, wireless internet, (Wififree), water cooling device, washing machine and dishwasher.


In the large, fenced garden with an area of 2000 sqm you can use: two barbecue, one of which on coal, sink with drinking water, outdoor shower, umbrellas and sunbeds; Large and well equipped terrace for 20 people and a children's playground with swings. The yard is beautifully landscaped garden with fruit trees and Mediterranean plants, the whole garden is surrounded by a stone wall and it is safe for children to play. Parking for cars and small boats provided on a private parking of the house. In the range of 100 to 250 meters from the house there are shopping centers, sports center with 3 tennis courts, rent a boat, rent a bike or scooter, banks, post office, fish market, restaurants and bars and a rich tourist offer. The tourist center of Mali Palit is just 200 meters away. from the apartments (few minutes walk).

Apartment Marijeta / Daisy is located on the entire ground floor.
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes and utensils)with dining room and 3 bedrooms, each room has its own bathroom and access to a spacious terrace.
- Bedroom 1: double bed, bathroom, toilet / bidet, bathroom (washing machine) and terrace.
- Bedroom 2: double bed, single bed, toilet / shower and terrace.
- Bedroom 3: double bed, sofa bed for 1-2 persons, WC / shower, terrace.
Quiet holiday house with large garden for the whole family 

The house is situated on the island of Rab in the touristy Mali Palit. It is not far from the sea and the beach.
In the spacious and fenced garden (1500 sqm) with fruit trees and Mediterranean plants, there is a children's playground with swings and a large and beautiful terrace with garden furniture, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, two different grills (charcoal and gas grill) and an outdoor sink. There is also an outdoor shower for communal use. A private car park and a boat mooring are also available outside the apartment. 

The island of Rab is a beautiful island with several coves, crystal clear sea and more than 122 beaches. Also a FFK beach you can visit if you are interested during your stay. The place is located in the St. Eufemija, on the Frkanj and is protected from the open sea. At a short distance from the house you will find a shopping center, a sports center with three tennis courts, boat rentals, bike rentals, bank, post office, fish market, restaurants, cafes and bars. It is approximately 250 meters from the harbor. From there you can take a city tour or visit the natural park Komrcar. Until the tourist center is just 250 meters that you can lay back in a 2 to 10-minute walk. There are the sights of the old town of Rab

Apartment for up to nine people on the ground floor 
The comfortable apartment is 120 square meters and is situated on the ground floor of the house. It has three bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and one with an extra bed and one with an additional sofa bed. All three bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower and toilet and a terrace access. Furthermore, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with two ovens, large fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine, a dining room with a table and chairs. On the terrace you will find a satellite TV. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and in the garden.
The apartment also has a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue and a communal garden shower.
