When we check in Bathroom was dirty and seat broken but they send someone to fix it, good breakfast the only complaint I have is smoke free hotel but the lady on the lobby was outside and when she get in all the lobby smell like cigarettes

Carpet was dirty. It was supposed to be daily housekeeping, but that wasn’t received. I asked for clean towels from a housekeeper in the hallway and she said I guess and I said never mind. The hotel room was good but seems like there was only one luggage cart? We checked in n waited 15 mins . the last person probably decided to keep it in their room so we had to lag all our luggages. Whwn we asked The lady at the desk, she schruged hee shoulder and said sorry couldnt help !
