Molto soddisfatti

Casa bella e funzionale. A pochi metri dal mare con scogli, anche se noi abbiamo preferito visitare ogni giorno una spiaggia diversa. Posizione ideale per raggiungere, in pochi minuti di auto, spiagge meravigliose verso nord e verso sud. Giordano è stato il nostro punto di riferimento con i suoi suggerimenti sempre efficaci, anche disponibile in casi di piccole emergenze. Un ringraziamento speciale a lui. Vacanza indimenticabile, da ripetere sicuramente. Non do le 5 stelle per qualche piccola imperfezione con gli esterni della casa ancora in allestimento, niente di grave avendo soggiornato all'inizio della stagione. Consigliatissimo.

Un piccolo paradiso in posizione strategica

Una bellissima casa in zona tranquilla ed elegante. Spazi ampi sia all'interno che all'esterno, mare a pochi metri. Non si rimpiange l'assenza della sabbia in quanto la casa si trova a breve distanza dalle più belle spiagge del Salento: Torre San Giovanni, Punta della Suina, Porto Selvaggio... Altro che Maldive del Salento! Giordano, il proprietario, è molto disponibile e ci ha dato ottimi consigli su luoghi da visitare e trattorie dove mangiare ottimi piatti locali. Dieci e lode, conplimenti!

vacanza meravigliosa

abbiamo trascorso 15 giorni nella casa del Signor Giordano e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è molto grande, comoda, spaziosa, nuova e pulita. Gli spazi esterni sono veramente belli e curati, quanto gli interni. Il Signor Giordano è stato molto gentile, fornendo molte indicazioni e consigli e la sua accoglienza è stata eccezionale. La posizione della casa è davvero fantastica, da lì in pochi minuti di macchina si raggiungono le spiagge più belle del Salento. Consigliatissima.

Wir waren 5 erwachsene Leute, und wir haben uns beim Herr Giordano alle wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist riesig, und bietet innen wie außen viel Platz, alle 3 Schlafräume sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet, in dem Ort gibt es genügend Einkauf möglikheiten, wir haben uns rundum Wohlgefühlt

Optimaler Urlaub

Schon bei der Buchung vor über einem Jahr wurde unsere Anfrage sehr schnell positiv beantwortet. In der Woche vor Reiseantritt meldete sich der Vermieter dann mit der Frage nach der benötigten Bettwäsche und der Anzahl der benötigten Handtücher. Wir hatten diese zusätzlich vor Ort gemietet. Nachdem wir unter der Fahrt unsere voraussichtliche Ankunftszeit telefonisch mitgeteilt hatten, wurden wir bei Ankunft bereits erwartet und sehr herzlich begrüßt. Wir erhielten dann eine ausführliche Einweisung in die Gegebenheiten vor Ort, die ersten Tipps über anstehende Events und lohnenswerte Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Kontakt zu Giordano war sofort sehr offen und freundlich. Mit etwas besseren Italienischkenntnissen wäre sicher ein sehr anregendes Gespräch zu Stande gekommen. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber, die Betten bereits mit der gemieteten Bettwäsche bezogen. Natürlich gab es im Haus und bei der Einrichtung einige Schönheitsfehler, die aber in Ferienhäusern immer vorhanden sind und deshalb nicht ins Gewicht fallen. Für uns entscheidend: Die Matratzen waren ausgezeichnet. Daher ist die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen! Für die Kommunikation sind Grundkenntnisse in Italienisch von Vorteil, gilt aber für die gesamte Region. Mit Englisch und einer Übersetzungssoftware kommt man dann gut zurecht. Danke Giordano für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Villa perfetta per una vacanza rilassante

La casa è esattamente come da descrizione e fotografie, con grandi spazi sia dentro che fuori, pulita ed ordinata. E' situata in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla, a circa 50 metri dal mare con la costa di scogli, che si raggiunge in pochi minuti in fondo alla via. La posizione è strategica perché vicina a negozi e ristoranti che si possono raggiungere facilmente anche a piedi senza usare la macchina e in pochi minuti d'auto si raggiungono le più belle spiagge di sabbia della zona, con un mare cristallino che non ha nulla da invidiare ad altre località esotiche. Il lungomare consente di fare delle belle passeggiate, raggiungendo il centro di Torre Suda in circa 10/15 minuti a piedi. Abbiamo veramente apprezzato il soggiorno in questa fantastica villa e il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglieremo sicuramente il soggiorno in questa casa ai nostri amici e conoscenti. Piera

Fantastico Salento!

Casa spaziosa sia internamente che esternamente , in 15 minuti si raggiunge la bella spiaggia di Torre SanGiovanni e in 10 minuti il Lido Pizzo. Molto comoda per visitare Gallipoli e l'entroterra. Giordano, il proprietario, è gentilissimo e molto disponibile ci ha dato preziosi consigli sui ristoranti e sui luoghi da vedere!!!!!

Soggiono fantastico tra cielo e mare cristallino!!

Vacanza bellissima, casa all'altezza delle aspettative, molto spaziosa in una zona tranquilla ma nello stesso tempo vicina alle comodità di negozi e supermercati. Il mare con scogliera bassa è vicinissimo, raggiungibile in 3 minuti a piedi e con 15 minuti in macchina si raggiungono spiagge di sabbia e mare caraibico. Il proprietario è una persona molto gentile, simpatica e disponibile.
