The villa has bright and welcoming environments: a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room create the ideal living area for sharing moments with family or friends. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a second versatile bedroom, suitable to accommodate two or three people, both air conditioned, therefore also perfect for large families. The modern bathroom has a shower cubicle.
Outside, a spacious veranda that invites you to relax with a well-kept and private garden is ideal for enjoying a barbecue thanks to the barbecue available. There is no lack of basic amenities such as air conditioning in the rooms, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and a private parking space on the property.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
