8.4/10 Very good! (24,736 reviews)
Ive stayed at PH several times and I come back because it is reasonably priced, good location and the rooms are quite large/comfy and nice.
I will say, perhaps I got a dud room this time...but the water pressure in the shower was barely strong enough to rinse the shampoo out of my hair.
And the AC was not as productive as my prior stays.
