"Pros: Our experience of renting villas in Spain (Javea) was a positive experience for us. Superb nice villa with beautiful grounds and nice people who welcomed us. The cleaning of some rooms could have been better, but think that this is normally a good standard. All in all we are very satisfied with our trip."

"Although I have given this a high star rating because it was indeed a beautiful place to stay in a good location once we had left and on our way home we were accused of causing damage to the property, of pulling a huge door handle off the sliding bathroom door. There was no handle on the door when we arrived there and certainly no handle to be seen anywhere and yet by some miracle they managed to produce said handle and photograph it to send to me as evidence. "Villa perfecta para pasar unos dias en familia. Bien comunicada,amplia,vistas magnificas al mar. Para repetir seguro. Los colchones y quitar los salientes de los radiadores ,que al quitarlos se han quedado con peligro de dañarte si no los ves."

"The house is beautiful and spaceous. It is perfectly situated by the beach and has a wonderful swimmingpool. The pingpongtable was frequently used by the teenagers, and so was the gym room. A high-end supermarket is a short walk away from the house, and there are also restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely come back!"

Pero, muy malo la infraestructura mobiliaria, muebles rotos, la sombrilla de la piscina rota, los cubiertos para comer lamentables. "Pros: 5 of us have just arrived back after 10 days at the villa. The villa is beautiful and has everything that you need for a relaxing holiday. The pool is large and not overlooked so very private. Very well equipped kitchens both in the house and outside. Lovely BBQ area. Plenty of room in the villa and gorgeous views from the top terrace area. There are 2 restaurants just 2 minutes walk away, nice food and drinks on offer and they will phone a taxi for you if you want to go further out. You...
