Amazing breakfasts with local products and home made jams and cakes. Free security parking in front of building. Very nice lounge area with sofa and TV. Les petits déjeuners sont assurés dans un petit café à l'entrée de Modica, facile d'accès et proposant de vrais et bon déjeuners Siciliens. Seul point ne permettant pas de donner la note maximale : la faible insonorisation des chambres, on entend presquez tout ce qui se passe dans la maison. "
