"Checked in with Jack for our stay. He and all other staff I interacted with were very nice, pleasant, and friendly. The facility was well kept. The pool and fire place were very enjoyable. The views were fantastic and we loved being just steps away from Moonstone Beach. A few nitpicks - "

"Wow! I’ve stayed at many hotels before and I can’t believe on what a wonderful experience we had staying at the Quality in near Hearst Castle. As soon as I walked in the gentleman at the front desk (ugh! I can’t believe I forgot his name) greated me so kindly. The check in was quick and easy. They have fresh baked cookies, coffee and tea till 11pm! The pool and spa were a tiny bit outdated but they were kept nice and clean. I would recommend! Love love love. "

"Coast Riders Inn is the older property, but has been renovated and remodels few years ago with comfortable bed. The room was super clean, probably one of the best cleaned model rooms that I've stayed in my life. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back in the future. "
