"This is a gem , clean room , friendly staff. Juanita have all your needs ,she has contact for everything in Harbour island and Eleuthera. We stayed off season and she made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Nice on site restaurant as well! Can’t go wrong! "

"Enjoyed my stay! Only 1000 feet from one of the best beaches on the island,and they had beach chair/umbrellas to carry. Good restaurant on site as well. Rent a car for 2/3 days to see the island and other area beaches since no public bus on this island. Staff is friendly and made my stay enjoyable. No Lenny Kravitz citing but the restaurant has a life size image!"

"We had a family of 31 stay at the property. Everyone had their own bed with plenty of room to spare, the location is amazing in the middle of the island and the Beaches on both sides are breathtaking. Matt was amazing to work with throughout booking our stay on the island and gave wonderful advice on things to do for the family. "

"We could not have imagined a more perfect stay. The bed was so comfortable and the porch was perfection. The property manager was quick to respond and very helpful. Snorkeling within a short walk to the beach to swim around to our view, we saw grouper, tang, angels, lobster, barracuda, seastars, sanddollars, and a lot more. If you prefer many amenities, you may not like this. If seeing a couple of ants and having to clean up food from counters, bothers you, or if hanging out on a porch with flowers attracting pollinators that may land on you or be in your space (bees wasps, butterflies) is a problem this may not be for you. If you want to experience island life and be amongst locals, this is the air bnb for you- it is beautiful!"

"The location is paradise, as promised. The house is brilliantly designed, with two bedrooms and baths at one end and two more bedrooms and baths at the other. In between is open-concept with a living room facing the ocean, a kitchen and large dining area, and an entertainment area. The deck surrounding the house provides lots of areas in sun and shade. The infinity pool and hot tub are special treats. A tip about food: If you are vegetarian or gluten intolerant, bring some of your own food.The only disappointments concerned property maintenance issues. An electrical problem caused there to be no lighting in parts of the kitchen and all of the living room, so we couldn't congregate there in the evening. There was no heat in the hot tub. The safe was already locked and therefore not accessible. The doorhandle to one bathroom was not attached. The water station was not delivered, so it was a challenge for us to handle the very heavy 18 litre jugs. The property manager was there to meet us at check in, but was away during the week of our stay and so these problems were not resolved.Otherwise, this location is... WOW! The beach is perfect, and a large sand bar creates a gentle entrance to the Caribbean. The water is crystal clear, allowing us to see many species of fish including gentle stingrays and non-threatening small sharks. A boat excursion took us to a bay where we fed turtles and stingrays, and another where we fed swimming pigs. WOW!"
