"Property is contactless check in with no one onsite, however saw the housekeeper daily and she was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the location can’t be beat! Free parking within Manitou and walking distance to every thing. Loved that I could hear the babbling creek behind the motel. Made for great sleeping. Great base motel for all the activities the area has to offer! "

"Fantastic location, never had to get in the car to enjoy all the best of Manitou Springs. Hotel was spotless, beds were comfortable and staff was very nice. Did not try the breakfast because there were too many good coffee shops in town to try. "

"Easy stay in Manitou Springs. Place was as pictured, though ceiling fan in bedroom was a bit noisy (fortunately, we really didn’t need it) and the heat pump was not working (also, not needed). A technician came to work on the latter, but we were unaware whether that was planned or impromptu. We really enjoyed sitting in the back, listening to the stream and watching the ducks play. "

"Beautiful scenery. The tiny home was perfect sized. The backyard was a mountain. The local wildlife was amazing. And Manitou springs has so much to offer and so close. This place was a win win"

"Most everything was excellent. Really, there were 2 drawbacks. 1 was that the river area hangout spot is not part of the rental. It's right behind another cabin on the property. I think that TECHNICALLY we could have hung out there, but it seemed odd since it was very close to someone else. And the bathrooms are open to the rest of the house. VERY IMPORTANT missed detail. So, you can hear everything that goes on. No privacy. But we had a GREAT time in downtown Manitou Springs. We didn't have to drive anywhere to get to where we wanted to go. I would recommend this spot with those couple of caveats."
