"Our stay was great! Location downtown was wonderful. The hotel vibe is very modern but comfortable and the room was the same. Everything was clean and the staff were all Very nice. The breakfast area is very small and got crowded quickly. The pool is also very small and was also crowded when we went. Didn’t use the fitness center but could see it from the pool and it looked nice and well kept. We were only there for 1 night, so I’d like to stay again and try out more of the amenities. But...

"We had an excellent stay at the property. The property has plenty of space (far more than required for our group of six couples), was clean and very well maintained. The kitchen was so well stocked one could probably easily feed 25 to 30 people. Kaitlyn was virtually instantaneous in responding to any questions or needs. Overall we had a most satisfying and happy experience."

"My wife and I stayed 3 nights at Cliff House in a Junior Suite on the 4th floor. The room was clean, spacious, and very quiet. We had a great view overlooking Manitou Springs and the mountains. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious with 2 sinks. There was a jetted tub combined with a shower. Unfortunately we didn't get to try the tub because the water temperature would only get luke warm. This was really odd since the hot water at the sink was very hot. Dining options at the hotel were sparse and pricey, and definitely not kid friendly. Thankfully, the walk to main street is less than 5 minutes from the hotel. Once on Main street there are numerous dining options along with extensive shopping. From Main street you can also take the free shuttle to the Pikes Peak Cog Railway. This is by far the best, and less stressful, way to get to the Cog Railway. There is a huge renovation going on at the hotel but we never heard any noise in our room. Overall, this is great location, not to mention staying in a building that dates back to the 1800's, and hosted royalty and a U.S. President!"

"I had a great time at Pikes Peak inn. Very central location, I could walk around town to all the stores, restaurants, and bars easily. Manitou springs is a very lovely town as well, so being in the heart of it was great. Easy access to the Pikes Peak Cog railway, red rock canyon, and garden of the gods. Everything was contactless, despite no direct contact with the host, it was a very pleasant stay and everything was made very easy through online communication."

"This house is great especially if you are there to do the Manitou Incline. The house is literally steps from the incline's entrance. Even if not, Manitou Springs is walking distance as are a number of other hiking trails. I would recommend this house and would stay here again if we are ever back in town."
