"The rooms are very basic but they are clean and the beds are comfortable and the shower was hot. Breakfast was simple. Just packaged danish items and bagels. The location was awesome. 10 min drive to pikes peak railroad in one direction and less than a 10 minute drive to garden of the gods in the other direction. We loved all of the little shops in manitou springs that were all walking distance. The hotels location was awesome!"

"Just a block away from downtown and the strip conveniently located beautiful 1870s hotel top-notch rooms are out of sight. Very pleasant. Staff will definitely stay here again."

"Hot tub was clean. Every room was perfect. Front porch is so nice to sit on. Quiet street. Short trip if not within walking distance to many places. Manitou Incline COG Railway just to name a couple. Kitchen well stocked. Two living rooms and two bathrooms. "

"Beautiful Victorian home with so much charm! Our family stayed for a wedding in Manitou and loved everything about this home. Location is superb. Within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants but it feels like a quiet country home in the backyard. The yard is huge and was perfect for our wedding rehearsal lunch/dinner. We had plenty of seating and the children had so much playing. Highly recommend!"

"Great Stay! The host was excellent, the property was great, clean, and exactly as described. We enjoyed the hot tub! The location is pleasantly remote, but not quite conveniently walkable to downtown Manitou. However everything is so close! "
