Nice modern hotel at convenient location to visit the Plitvice Lakes National Park. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. On site restaurant has OK, but not the best food.

Nice clean hotel with all the amenities close to Plitvice park. Staff pleasant and accommodating. Pool, whirlpool, gym and sauna a nice extra feature after a day of hiking. Food and beverages overall varied and tasty. Not a great deal in the area other than Plitvice parks/hiking - presume that’s what most would be there for. Would recommend and stay again.

Nice hotel, we used for visiting the Lakes. Very Friendly staff, decent food in restaurant for evening. Only negatives would be the cold shower we had in the morning of departure and the icy cold indoor swimming pool you were just unable to swim in. Perhaps they had boiler issues on our stay but otherwise nice hotel

Nice Place but One Surprise

Very comfortable, quiet room. Hotel is very convenient to Plitvices National Park and offers free parking and reasonably priced meals. The only negative was a €3.00 “tourist tax” charged at check out. That came as a surprise, especially as I was not charged such a fee at my hotels in Split and Dubrovnik. Perhaps it’s a local “custom”?

Large clean rooms with a balcony that overlooks a beautiful view. Very comfortable beds. What stood out though were the staff who were some of the nicest people you’d meet. They definitely went above and beyond what I would expect and made the stay even more enjoyable. I wish I could have stayed their a few more days! Their onsite restaurant was also delicious and we were delightfully surprised. Everything was made in house and had the option for set meals.

Our stay was amazing. Close to the national park of Plitvice, located at the main road it was a hidden gem. Nice and modern design, great cuisine in the restaurant, amenities like gym, pool and sauna and super friendly staff. Despite being located at the main road you haven’t heard anything when the window was closed. Comfortable beds for the relaxing night. Go for it!

The hotel was nice and the staff was very helpful, but there a couple of things that one would like to consider before staying at this hotel. First of all the hotel restaurant didn’t have any vegetarian dishes, we’re offered some champions as a vegetarian dish, though it wasn’t on the menu. The main challenge was the distance to the Pletvice park, it is very far and there is no footpath to walk there. It was impossible to catch a bus, so the only option (if you happen to come there without your own car) is to take a taxi, and they will reap you off big time, each way will cost you 20 euros. It would be great if the hotel offers taxi services at affordable prices for their guests, but unfortunately they don’t.

Bâtiment bien personnel affreux

L'hôtel était moderne et en principe aurait dû être superbe. Mais le personnel n'était pas accueillant et il y avait presque pas de personnel. Le receptionist se cachait dans son bureau. La serveuse du bar était presque tout le temps absente. Et bien la spa!! Personne dans le spa. Il y avait des instructions pour faire marcher le jacuzzi. Finalement quand j'ai réussi à le faire marcher ..ça sentait mauvaise et sale. La piscine aussi semblait un peu sale. J'y suis pas rester longtemps. Peut être le manager/patron était absent car le personnel s'en fiché des clients. Restaurant moche aussi.
