The location is just perfect for any vacation to Prague. Management used messages via the Expedia app, and responded quickly to any requests.
We used their driver, David, in both directions. He was a very nice guy and the car was great.
We had the roof apartment. It was clean and exactly as described.
Highly recommended.

This hotel is in a fabulous location, just 20 steps from the main square in Old Town. Every attraction and restaurant we wanted to go to was within about 20 minutes on foot. The hotel has a lot of character with interesting rooms, and staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was serviceable but not great quality. There was one small bottle of hair conditioner, which I’d used up the first two days. I left the open bottle to show it was empty and it just stayed like that the next two days.
