Toilet made a loud noice when flushed. gutter outside window broken and on ground - lot of noice when raining . States shuttle service but when asked , no driver available

Phenomenal staff! The room was super clean. The elevators are a little on the slow side. The parking lot is not large enough to accommodate the hotel when it is at full capacity.
