Welcome to your cozy home away from home! This spacious and updated brick ranch house is perfect for vacationers, work professionals or travel nurses looking for a comfortable and productive stay. A fully furnished house offers a peaceful and private setting with two bedrooms, office with sleeper sofa, and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Living room with wood fireplace furnished with brand new living room set.

The convertible office can be the third bedroom. With high-speed Wi-Fi internet, a dedicated work area is the ideal spot for getting work done and feeling at ease during your travels. Just 10 minutes away from Downtown Durham that offers restaurants, entertainment, DPAC and Durham Bulls Park and just 15 minutes away from Southpoint Mall and RDU airport. Duke Hospital is 15 minutes away and UNC Hospital Chapel Hill is less than a 30-minute drive. We would love to welcome you to this convenient location.

Arrived at the home and saw multiple roaches and a waterbug. Quick found a nearby hotel and left. Complete waste of money!!! A refund would be great. Pictures are available of needed.
