"The moment we walked in, was handed a glass of champagne and greeted by efficient and friendly Erika at the front desk, I knew I chose the right hotel for our stay in Savannah. She explained all the amenities and helped us to our room. We attended the managers happy hour just one evening of our two evening stay. Had a “on the house” cocktail with snacks and chatted with two ladies from Louisiana, who like ourselves, were having a girls getaway. Thank you, River Street Inn for your hospitality, cleanliness, and close proximity to all the great entertainment that Savannah offered. Cynthia M One half of the dynamic duo"

"Great location and great room! They don’t have mini fridges or microwaves in the rooms so do keep that in mind. I brought home leftovers from a restaurant but couldn’t not keep them because there was no fridge. Other than that, the bed was comfortable, and it felt clean and we had a great view from our window!"

"No mini fridge’s in rooms or ice bucket. I have a medical condition that requires my medication to be refrigerated. When I expressed my dissatisfaction the girls at the front desk were very apologetic and offered to have a mini fridge brought up. I told them no need but an ice bucket would be sufficient. They quickly fetched a bucket and filled it with ice for me. Front desk service was outstanding. We found the room itself was complicated. Why do you need to put a card in the wall slot inside the room to operate the lights? Towel bars and/ hooks in the bathroom shower would be nice. There’s no place to put wet towels besides the floor! Room was a tad small but it served its purpose. The gathering area on each floor is a great meeting space with large screen TV and games. The coffee in room was not our favorite (pour and seep). Would’ve preferred a coffee maker. Location was great, not far from the river, parking garage across the street, shops and restaurants galore. The concept has just been open for 30 or so days. Extremely clean, and the roof top bar & pool area was fantastic. Even with the positive aeration pointed out, we probably will not return, only because we are a retired elderly (hate it admit) that likes things simple. Younger generations would probably love it more than us. Regardless, our 3 night stay in Savannah was great"
