very poor service

We arrived at Villa Marie for a brief one night stay. The weather was poor (cloudy sky and rain about). We arrived at 12.30pm and were already late for a lunchtime reservation at 'Club 55' (approx 2miles away on the beach) we kindly asked the concierge if it was poss. to maybe quickly have hotel car to drop us at restaurant ...."NO" you need a taxi ! Returned and found service was poor ! At night very loud noise - people returning fro San Tropez hotel did nothing ! WILL NOT BE RETURNING ! SERVICE VERY POOR !

L'hôtel est très reposant mais surtout un peu mort. La piscine est totalement vide, ainsi que le restaurant. 50€ la demi-pastèque...

Merci pour cette parenthèse enchantée ! Un véritable lieu, dans l’esprit des autres hôtels du groupe Sibuet. Nous sommes des habitués de Megève. Il est d’ailleurs plaisant de retrouver des visages connus parmi le personnel. La féérie du site alliée à la gentillesse et les attentions de toute l’équipe, ont fait de notre séjour un moment inoubliable. Du petit déjeuner, à la cuisine du chef, que du bonheur ! La conciergerie nous a conseillés les meilleurs spots pour la plage. Mention spéciale à la charmante conductrice de navette qui nous a conduits en ville, au volant d’une pittoresque Méhari. Villa Marie est une Invitation au voyage : « là, tout n'est qu'ordre et beauté, luxe, calme et volupté » (Charles Baudelaire). Nous reviendrons ! A très Bientôt. Eliane C. n' familly.

The place is extraordinary. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, service 10/10, staff super friendly, discrete and efficient. Food offering is limited but delicious. Location is great half way between Ramatuelle and St Tropez, navette service seamless. A true 5-star hotel, on all counts.

Séjour magique

Hôtel superbe dans un cadre magnifique . Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. Seul petit hic, nous étions en début de saison , beaucoup de serveurs et serveurs étaient jeunes ( peut être première fois ) , le service au bar et restaurant était très long.

Pretty, but not well ru

Though Hotels.com stated there’s 24hrs check in and the hotel itself did not tell us what the check in time was at all, the staff would not let us check in until after 4pm, but actually the room wasn’t ready at all so we ended up getting in at 8pm. However we were not given an extension on the 12pm check out. Poo customer service & very inconvenient as we dud not use any facilities at all.

Experience mitigée

Séjour mitigé, superbe maison, parc et décor parfaits, mais beaucoup de petits problèmes ( wifi, piscine non chauffée, des insectes en nombre incalculable sur le buffet du petit déjeuner) et surtout plusieurs moustiques qui m’ont fait passer la pire nuit dans un hôtel depuis longtemps. Pas normal pour un 5 étoiles et ce prix.

Hotel near St Tropez

Nice hotel Near St Tropez Nice pool but Sun is limited in the afternoon to tan. Walls seem quite thin as you can hear a lot what’s going on in the other rooms. Staff at reception is great. Staff at the pool is a bit lazy (they dont come and ask if you want to drink!) They offer a shuttle service. Shame it does not extend to the beach.

Beautiful haven of peace amid the bustle of San Tropez. Great location with views over Pampelonne Bay. Exceptional staff and good facilities. We did stay off peak, so it was particularly peaceful, but I guess could be somewhat less so during the height of the season. A rare gem!

Впечатления наилучшие! Второй год подряд отдыхаем с семьёй в августе. Всё было замечательно : от регистрации до выезда! Поселили очень быстро. Номер оказался очень просторным и удобным с замечательной террасой. Убирали номер два раза в день - утром и вечером (вода Evian. кофемашина Nespresso). Кровать большая и комфортная. Завтрак во внутреннем дворике. Свежие фрукты, французские сыры, домашняя гранола и многое другое - всё превосходного качества. Бассейн необычной формы в тени пиний. Обед и ужин в гастрономическом ресторане Dolce Vita с потрясающим видом на утопающие в зелени холмы и пляжи Pampellone. Особо хочется отметить высокий профессионализм и доброжелательность персонала - горничных, парковщиков, работников ресторана, службу ресепшн, консьержей и менеджеров. Все они были крайне приветливы и готовы выполнить любую вашу просьбу. И самое главное - это непередаваемая атмосфера. Одним словом - райский уголок.

Great hotel in a middle of the nature. it is a very quite and relaxing one where you feel disconnect it from the city. Although it is a 7 minutes drive to the city. Gym and Spa facility can be better then that though.

Отель произвёл неизгладимое впечатление. Всё от check-in до check-out было на высочайшем уровне гостеприимства. Номера просторные и чистые. Завтрак подаётся в удивительной красоты внутреннем дворике. Обед и ужин в уютном ресторанчике в тени хвойных и оливковых деревьев на террассе с видом на море. Автомобиль утром подают к дверям, причём уже с пляжными полотенцами. Вечером на паркинге встречает электрокар и подвозит до ресепшн. Персонал невероятно внимателен. Огромное спасибо за прекрасный отдых!

ruhig gelegen und sehr schön gestaltet

eigentlich war alles sehr gut und optimal für den Urlaub. Das Einzige, was stört, sind die (allerdings wohl ortsüblichen) sehr hohen Preise (z.B. Frühstück extra für 32 € pro Person, bei eher durchschnittlichem Buffetangebot)

Paysage environnant extraordinaire, calme et serein. Service irréprochable et table très qualitative. En revanche, finitions et entretien des bâtiments, chambres, circulations, etc... mériteraient un peu plus d'attention.

Lovely place rather expensive

Beautiful place and great room did not like car key being taken and then charged for transfers!!!!
