"Great place to stay Good location"

"First off, one elevator, extremely slow and sketchy. This elevator is also used by housekeeping etc and you wait for a while. Pool was closed due to maintenance My room smelled musty and had mold in the shower and along the base of the shower pan. Apparently there was water leaking out of damaged areas of the shower and the fix was to duct tape it and the floor still got soaked. Breakfast was good and a nice selection and the always available fresh coffee was nice. The rest of the stay, not so much."

"The hotel was very nice, but during my stay there was a major issue. The elevator was not working and apparently all the rooms on the low floors were taken. Which left me no choice but to search for another reservation at a different hotel or take the stairs. I thought it would be fine, but after the second time walking to the 5th floor, it got old. "

"The rooms are flithy. We arrived to the oven undercarriage on the chair. And the filthiest couch cushions stacked neatly on the ottoman. Burn holes on everything as well a literal blood splatter on the walls. Ended up staying elsewhere. I requested a refund and have yet to receive it. "

"Beautiful Setting Inside and Out! This hotel is in a lovely area definitely recommend the Arysley area of Charlotte as it is the right level of quiet and city in the outskirts of the meca of Charlotte and excitement that it is! We loved the room, the ammenities and the staff were knowledgable and quick to help! The breakfast crew were welcoming as well! We will not eat the hot breakfast next time around even though the waitstaff were above excellent and wonderful, the ingredients Hilton provides for the items we ordered from bacon, hot cakes, juice, eggs, oatmeal, and french toast were dissappointing. They lacked flavor even though they were beautifully presented and made to order. This means we will be back but not for the food!"
