Upon checking in, we were shocked to find that they do not have air conditioners in the hotel. I cannot imagine what it feels like in the summer because even on a 55° day 17 floors up, we were pretty toasty with just opening the windows. We got a king size room. The beds are the old spring, beds, and Desperately need to be replaced. The bathtub would’ve been lovely. It was deep and nice, except for it drained extremely slow, and the bathtub had been patched not professionally. It looked very Jenkee was very scratchy. I would not even get in it.
With all the staff was very kind, cheerful, etc.

I usually stay here when traveling for shows. The staff have always been the best people. The rooms are comfortable and the location is perfect. With a subway that gets you anywhere, including the airport, seconds away and the close proximity to any theatre it is perfect. I wish I would have been able to snag it for my next go around, but I will be back.
