"We had a horrible experience. One of the rooms we reserved, to start off tv and phone weren’t working. At 5 am we got woken up to water pouring down from the ceiling in the bathroom. Bathroom was getting flooded, already spreading out to the room then water began to leak by the AC unit. Had to run to lobby to let them know, luckily staff was amazing and gave us another room but the bathroom was also full of water. Had to get another room and finally that room was good but we couldn’t go back to sleep, we just ended up staying awake to get ready and head to airport."
