"A convenient place that is near to amenities. The fault lies with the safety aspect inside the room. (1). Exposed wiring from the bed side lamp ( using a 3 X core wire for a 2 X core wire connector). (2). Emergency torch light that doesn't work at all."

"The TV remote was not functioning. We requested a replacement, but it was only provided to us on our last night. We stayed for two nights. The service could be improved if complimentary 3-in-1 coffee is provided."
