"For it’s price, the hotel is good"

"The wash basin leaks water at the bottom, the toilet light is spoilt and the toilet seat is too close to the wall with little leg room. Reception counter staff is not friendly."

"The hotel location is a bit isolated especially without a car. The staff is very friendly . The rooms designed and built with wood cinder blocks are original yet poorly isolated . Next door their was a family with 2 small children and despite the obvious crying you could also clearly hear all that was going on , all sounds come through the ceiling rafters"

"Very run down establishment. Only 1 lot of shampoo and body wash provided for a couple over two nights. The air conditioner is noisy and only operates at 18’. There is no towel attendant for The Shore Hotel patrons ( share middle pool with Swisse Gardens who pay less for rooms and get towels) and vending machine was broken, so couldn’t get water or snacks. "The room had a musty, old, and dusty odor, as if it had been left unattended for a long time created an unpleasant smell, making it hard to breathe. The Wi-Fi was technically connected but had no internet access, and despite contacting customer service, the issue remained unresolved throughout the two-day stay. There was no bottled water provided in the room, and the swimming and play areas were overcrowded and poorly maintained, with detached tiles and many of the water play features not...

"Front desk receptionist who attended to me at check-in was helpful and professional. Was given a room that has a nasty odour; like wet blankets left in a room. Room was changed to my request. Next room was ok, but air-conditioning was noisy. In the evening I asked another person at front desk if they could send someone to have a look at the aircon; nobody came. Gave up. I guess for the price I paid, couldn't expect much. Lucky it was only a night stay. Staff there is friendly. "
