It’s very convenient to get around Prague. Love the old building feel with high ceilings. There are construction on the major road in front of the building. Yet the sound insulation is so good that we didn’t hear any noise. The kitchen is wonderful. It has everything we needed. The apartment is very good size for Europe. "Tolle Zimmer und super ruhige Lage. Der Wellnessbereich idt wunderschön und allein die Reise wert."
"Clean room Staff were excellent Breakfast was fantastic Parking was good Only bad thing was tv is small"
"This time, we couldn't be accommodated in this property due to the fact we had forgotten one photo ID. We understood that'. The receptionist perfectly explained the rules. The refund was processed by the booking company. That's fine. The strange experience was in the restaurant we used before heading back home. The tip was rounded up much higher we mentioned. It was bizarre. After calling the hotel's restaurant first we heard we need to come back to do refund difference through the terminal...
"Very helpful staff. The receptionist helped in making sure I found the car park, after I had missed the entrance sign. Having been told the restaurant closed at 8pm, but not that the kitchen stopped at 7, they made me up a meal around 7.15 Very large room, clean and comfortable. Even though I was next to the lift, there was no noise from this. Right in the centre of town"
"Staff was nice. The room was not spotless, but fine. Shared kitchen was a nice amenity, but could use an update on kitchenware."
"Great place! Always stay here when in Zatec! Recommended!"
