The service at check in and check out were great! We arrived early and checked out late, and were still able to enjoy the amenities. Our favorite part of the resort was the pool and staff at wet bar. Also enjoyed our dinners at 360 Sports. Thanks for such a relaxing babgmoon!

We had a great experience staying at the property this weekend. We stayed at the hotel while attending the Coachella festival. We were greeted by Jordan, who was incredibly nice to deal with. He made sure we got into our rooms right away and was very accommodating. He even went out of his way to give us recommendations of bands to see while attending the festival! The rooms were very clean. The staff were all very nice and professional. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Jordan!

Overall we had the best time. Sunshine and a pool, what’s not to like! The cleaning staff was amazing and the turn-down service really appreciated. My only complaint is that the walls must be pretty thin. Our neighbor was yelling/swearing, moaning and shouting all night long! My daughter and I barely slept for two nights in a row. Now and then he was quiet, hence why we didn’t call security or anything. The lack of sleep impacted our stay for sure. And the check out staff only offered their apologies, nothing else. Otherwise I would love to come back again!

The staff was exceptional and the room was great. Hotel had a clean and modern look and does feel as a resort. It was fairly quiet, though we could still hear people talking in the hallway and a group of bikers exiting highway 10 but it was way quieter than any roadside hotel I stayed at before. We used the pool and hot spa with the towel service, everything was clean and pleasant. The Cafe food was really good as well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Agua Caliente Resort, Casino, and Spa, and I must say it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile and professionalism.The hotel itself is both beautiful and expansive, offering a luxurious retreat that exceeded my expectations. The rooms were comfortable, well-appointed, and provided all the amenities one could ask for.A special highlight was the casino, where my mother-in-law had an absolutely fantastic time. She was thrilled with the variety of games and the lively atmosphere, making her visit truly memorable.Overall, this was our first time visiting Hotel Agua Caliente, and it certainly won't be our last. I wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a top-notch experience filled with comfort, entertainment, and exceptional service.

I loved the view of the mountains, the landscaping was beautiful. Our room was very clean and spacious. Staff were amazing.We didn’t use the restaurants because the computers were down on one day and then when we went again to the Waterscape there was a 30-45 min wait at breakfast time. We did use room service twice and that was very nice

Mostly a fantastic place to stay. Spacious rooms. Great dining. Helpful staff. Only 2 small negatives: 1. On weekdays the bars close too early. People gamble all night - why not keep one bar with snacks open for them? Makes no sense. 2. The coffee shop is convenient, but the young people working there don’t really know how to make lattes, espressos and the like. There are details essential to making good drinks.

Friendly staff. Hotel rooms were spacious and clean. Good coffee place in front lobby. Two separate nights I had to call at 235am, 250am (early Tuesday morning) and 130am (early Thursday morning) for noise complaints. Left side bathroom sink was clogged. Drinks at pool side bar were weak but I’m not a big drinker so it didn’t matter to me.

The checkin process was very quick. The gentleman who checked us in was so nice. I like the spacious room and double sink vanity. Especially the high water pressure of the shower, save us a lots time for a family of four. We will come back when we watch the Indian Wells Open again.
