VILLA RAVENNA (10 GUESTS) - MOUNT ETNA AREA

Located on Mount Etna’s northern slope, close to the village of Randazzo, Villa Ravenna is a recently restored country house with a private swimming pool. Set in beautiful countryside but close to shops and restaurants, the villa is the perfect destination for a relaxing holiday. It is also an excellent starting point for visiting Mount Etna, the Alcantara Gorge, Nebrodi National Park and the popular town of Taormina.

The 250 square meter villa is composed of a main house which develops over 2 levels and an annex which develops over 1 level.

MAIN HOUSE
From the entrance on the first floor (reached by an outside staircase), you will find a lounge (with comfortable seating and a desk), a dining room (with table, chairs and a fireplace) and a well-equipped kitchen. On this floor, you will also find two double bedrooms (with double beds), one bathroom (with shower) and one guest bathroom (with toilet).

On the second floor you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) and one bathroom (with shower).

ANNEX (Closed off when the villa is booked with under-occupancy price for up to 6)
In the annex you will find a living area (with comfortable seating) and a kitchen (with table and chairs), one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and one bathroom (with shower).

Outside, you will find a garden and a private heated swimming pool (7 m x 4 m; depth 1.5 m; open from 01/04 – 30/10; heated at 24°C) with sun terrace (with sun loungers). A pergola (with outdoor kitchen and dining area), barbecue and outdoor shower.

Note: The ground floor in the main house is closed to guests.
