We spent two nights enjoying the views after long days of skiing at White Pass. The property and cabin are beautiful. Great amenities and top of the line appliances. We thoroughly enjoyed the home, comfortable beds, and quaint rooms. Hopefully we can come back in the summer.
Perfectly quiet get away location. House is equipped with all your needs. Host is awesome and is quick to respond to any needs you may have.
I would highly recommend!!!
A wonderful property that’s close adventures at Mt. Rainier National Park. The house is close to the town of Packwood, where you can get groceries and lunch/dinner but the property is far enough to feel like your out in nature! Very lovely place perfect for a couple or 2 couples or a small family. Modern finishes and VERY comfortable beds! I’d definitely recommend this to friends and stay here again!,!
The wall of windows was incredible. The furnishings and decor i wanted to replicate in my own home. Heated bathroom floors, high tech oven, super clean, hottub, cozy beds, and warm fireplace on a cold day. Wished we could stay longer. Total cost was pricey but worth it!
We had a great stay at Riverside Escape. The place was very comfortable and had a lot of upgrades. It was a very enjoyable stay and we’ll definitely be back. Also, we enjoyed the unexpected visit from a herd of approximately 20 Elk, very cool for us Floridians.
We stayed over a long weekend in mid October and couldn’t have been happier. The space was so clean and modern! The host was kind and answered any questions we had throughout our stay. We definitely plan on coming back!
If I could give this property and the host 6 stars, I would! We stayed here while exploring and hiking Mount Rainier for a few days & it was a 10/10 experience. I’ve stayed at many properties and hotels over the years, and I’d recommend staying here for a few reasons:First, Shelby had quick and clear communication before, during, and after the stay. We were provided a detailed guide with info about the area, the home, and its amenities that answered most of our questions. When we did have questions or thought we left something at the home after checking out, Shelby responded promptly! After the first night, Shelby also checked in to see if there was anything we needed to make our stay more comfortable and that the property was to our liking. Second, we found the distance to various entrances at Mount Rainier a perfect “in-between” for this location.Third but most important, the property is exceptional! I believe little touches go a long way, and it’s obvious they went the extra mile for their guests. The blackout curtains work great, the hot tub is very clean/easy to use, and the large windows have a beautiful view to the property’s outdoor patio and nature. The beds are also very comfortable (a must). We loved the thoughtful touches, like the disposable house-shoes and ponchos, phone charging stations in every room, mounted outdoor heaters, and as someone who over packs - plenty of hangers. If I’m ever back in the area, I would absolutely stay here again!
