    "Beautiful old village in the gorgeous alps near around Mont Blanc. Beautiful drive up the winding roads. Clean, quiet, lovely friendly staff, easy free parking, in the town of St.-Germain-Les-Bains. The room was huge and had a nice balcony we could look out over another village down in the valley. We did not take the breakfast but it looked nice. We drove 20" to Chamonix to take the gondola (telepherique). Totally worth the ticket price to go to the top! Astonishing beauty and history...."

    "The room and view were great. We asked the front desk gentleman to call us a taxi (we were staying in the hotel the following Sunday, however we arrived the Sunday prior and needed assistance hiring a taxi)and he was rude, asking why we traveled to France when we did not speak any French. I expect this type of comment in Paris, maybe, but not outside the city in a town where people frequent for hiking and skiing. "
