Modern hotel in a great location which is central to many sites. The Lava attraction is right across the street. Hotel has a nice cozy bar and a good restaurant on site. The breakfast was included with the room and it was one of the best I had on my trip. The rooms are modern and well appointed.

Breakfast was excellent! Highly recommend getting a Mountain View room. There is a full wall of windows with doors that open for aurora viewing (we unfortunately had a cloudy night, but if you’re lucky, I’m sure it’s an amazing experience)

The hotel is very conveniently located for exploring the south coast. It just opened in summer 2025 and is beautiful, with comfortable beds, sparkling clean rooms, and a terrific restaurant and lobby bar. We had a great dinner there our first night, and their breakfast buffet offering in the mornings is a really nice mix of hot and cold options. The staff is also lovely. If you need, it’s also an easy short walk to a convenience store and laundromat. The one thing I would mention is that the rooms are not equipped with fridges, but as we were there in October, we just left things we wanted to keep cold in our car overnight.

We liked the useful benches in the room for our luggage. Happy hour was great- a very nice bar. We also had dinner in the restaurant which was good. I would request a room looking out the back vs. the road. It was the largest shower out of all of our 7 different stays!

During our 5 days trip this the Best hotel we stayed in Iceland. Clean and modern hotel. Spacious room with very good toiletries 😁 loved their shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was excellent. I would stay there agin for sure.

The properties clean new and the staff are very welcoming. Rooms are small and no provision for charging your phones or tablets, which was disappointing since they were in need of charging. Found out a check out that you can get a charger at the front desk.Restaurant was excellent very high-end quality food.
