"I thought the hotel was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean. Great shower. We even had a ceiling fan in our room, which helped us stay cool all night. The hotel called me only a few hours after I booked asking if I was going to make my reservation, even though I had done the online check-in. She asked me what time I planned to be there, even though I had done the online check-in. Odd. "
"It is an upscale place to stay. Not a lot of children and the ones that were there, were very nice and kind. Quiet get away. They will definitely take care of you any way they can. Classy because there are fresh flowers in the lobby. Beautiful touch!"

"Love this hotel! I stay here every time we come to Lubbock, for the last 6 yrs. I like that the rooms are so spacious, especially the suites. High ceilings, lots of open space. Best rooms I've seen for a very inexpensive price. Breakfast is advertised as continental, but offers way more than most continental (muffin assortment). This offered waffles, eggs, and biscuit w gravy. "
