"We drove up to the apartment and at first it did not show as much, right until we opened the doors to the balcony and the views hit us, we had a great week, pool, tennis, football and just sitting on the balcony looking at the mountains and the lake. Thank you for a great stay"

"Very clean apartment, exactly as the pictured in the ad. The only surprise we had, was that we got a message from owner to bring our own sheets and towels a couple days before arrival. We did not see that in the VRBO site. This caused us a bit of trouble since we had to buy those items. We are not used to this in the US. "We really loved the hotel. We had great stay with amazing memories. Everyone who we met who worked in the hotel was so amazing, friendly and helpful. Ladies on reception quick, efficient, smiley! Breakfast area people always super helpful and welcoming. Shuttle bus lady - always smiling. Guest were also super friendly always happy to exchange a word about experience or plans. Room was big with a very comfortable bed, all facilities were great, and good number of towels!!! room not extremely modern but not old either, actually it didn’t change a thing! Swimming pools amazing! With wonderful view. All plants and trees were beautiful too. Parking super easy and safe. Restaurants nearby! Very clean and everything organised well. We loved it!!! Air con could be stronger but it did the job to provide a cooler space. We loved the hotel and we felt comfortable and welcomed. Thank you to everyone who put a lot of work so everything works smoothly. Also thank you for smiling it makes an amazing difference! "
