"We spent four weeks during March at this most pleasant apartment in the village of San Michele di Pagana. San Michele is located about a 20 minute walk from Rapallo in one direction and a 15 minute walk from Santa Margherita Liguria in the opposite direction. The buses run every half hour in either direction. San Michele has several excellent restaurants along the shore line.There is a marvellous Catholic Church in the village.The apartment was as described, very comfortable and well maintained. Agata and Alberto were most pleasant to deal with. Alberto met us at the train station in Rapallo when we arrived and was kind enough to take us back .The apartment is on a hill above the main road. A stairway (over a 100 steps) connects the two. If you have mobility issues you will require a car and use the connecting roadway.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!John and Elaine "

"It was our 3rd and final visit. Each time there have been issues at check-in and check-out, I forget until the next stay, a terrible check-in; the rooms were not ready, even though we arrvived late afternoon well after check-in time. The front desk person was pushy and did a very long-winded up-sell that made no sense, as we had booked 3 rooms for privacy. The apartment he tried multiple times to up-sell had 2 rooms, with the 2nd divided by a flimsy partition. Breakfast was nice."
